A HAT FOR A COLD DAY??

Couldn't resist taking this when I spied it coming back from the Post Shop this nmorning, some wag must have been about in the wee small hours.
The cone is sitting on a sculpture on our village green called Natures Open Heart, sculpted by Lauren Kitts and given to the village by the Community
Board. First time I have seen it like this though.
