flowering reeds

Tonight took a walk around the lake after work as it was nice and sunny but cool. I got this shot of the flowers in the reeds that looked nice. Not sure what flower it is or if I am late to get the flowers in full bloom or are they just coming out.

Back to work today however planning my first week off next month likely just after the temporary move.
