Sunflower
I've tried doing ICM a number of time but never felt that I nailed it and couldn't work out why.
Just two minutes researching techniques highlighted I'd been doing it incorrectly. The long exposure bit is quite self evident. It was the registration of some sub-image that gives some kind of recognisable base to the image. The important part seems to be starting the exposure with the camera still before applying some movement.
Hoping I did the sunflower some justice in a different way.
The Red Admiral in the extra flew into the conservatory and couldn't find any of the open windows to escape. Rather difficult to capture against the backlighting from the sky, but got a couple of images of it in an abnormal location. It has since managed to escape its short period of captivity.
