Times they are a changing …..

…… as the black-headed gulls begin to lose their magnificent chocolate-brown head as it gradually turns white.
Up at the Heritage Park there are many black-headed gulls all in different stages of colour change. For most of the year their heads are white apart from a dark spot in the front of each eye.

Lunch with former colleagues today at one of the many Calders garden centres. Always good food, good chat and much laughter.
