The Fluffball Gang

A little gang of long-tailed tits have been coming through in the last few days. It's lovely to watch them but they're difficult to photograph, mostly because the tree peony has grown in front of these feeders. It's good in that it makes them feel more secure and they stay longer. Fortunately some of them have to wait their turn so they watch from above where I can see them. They do brighten up the day.

The rain came in mid morning and it's been pretty dull since. Two juvenile robins and an adult have been to the bird table.
