Under threat?

The former Boys Brigade building at 73 Ferry Road is under threat apparently. Something to do with a proposed expansion of the petrol station next door I think, but I should really check the plans online.

Whatever's happening, the building is unused and falling into neglect. The new owners haven't done a single thing to look after it or the grounds. And it was in good condition until very recently so such a waste.

PS Oppenheimer was worth the hype. Didn't feel as long as it was but that was mainly due to the sugar, beer and intermission!
