Lang week and it’s only Thursday

This week feels like a time warp. Absolutely horrendous. The light at the end of the tunnel is shining now so being well. Shopping sorted. Meds sorted. Safety first and then we headed out for dinner. I had some wine to help ease the tension out of my body as it felt battered but the shock and trauma of the week. Thank heavens for friends.
