Talented

We’ve had a good but a bit  more restful day today.
This morning we went to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Rheged Centre near Penrith.
There are some  stunning photos , some very moving photo journalism pictures telling the story of mistreated animals and endangered species, some breathtaking under water photos, photos of animal behaviour, etc etc.
Go if you can.
This evening we went to see the Blonde Bombshells of 1943 at the Theatre by the Lake Keswick. A wonderful play by Alan Plater, a story about a wartime female jazz band with wonderful singing and musicianship. Such talented actors. A joyous evening,
Go if you can.
