Do not you forget about me

I’m always surprised to see babies still arriving at this time of year. Young siskins, sparrows ,goldfinch and chaffinch. This male chaffinch was busy feeding two youngsters.
Spotted a bank vole, mouse and a weasel in the garden , only a brief glimpse so no photos.
The huge back of slate chipping arrived at lunchtime. We’re going to take up the slabs at the side of the house and put the slate there instead. Should look a lot neater.
