Heard it before I saw it....

An Autumnal looking day with grey skies and showers, but feeling quite muggy! British Summertime at its' finest!

And  a quiet day for me today - did venture out this morning to the local shops for a few groceries, and was planning a mooch round the charity shops but they were both closed.  Our local high street is sadly lacking on any decent kind of shops, unless you want a nail bar, takeaway food, estate agent or beautician, so browsing options are very limited!

So catching up around the house today, and with some reading too and was alerted to this chinook approaching by the sound it was making! No idea where it was heading but always good to see.
