Better than expected weather. I walked down for my haircut this morning.

Ambleside Sports at Rydal today (pleased it’s been dry for them) so in the afternoon I went in the opposite direction. Past Waterhead and on to Stagshaw Gardens (National Trust). It’s so colourful there when the rhododendrons and azaleas are flowering but today it was very green. Kept my eyes open for red squirrels but didn’t see any.
