The Carousel Ride

We took the kids to the Carousel at Glen Echo Park on this very hot day.  It was the biggest hit with our little granddaughter, shown here on the horse with her Grandpa who is looking a bit green around the gills, during this third time around.  Her big brother and I opted for a bench seat for this go around.  Did I mention that the calliope was so loud it was barely tolerable?  We must really be getting old.
