Sleep tight

I've had a really productive day today. I've cleaned, I've tidied, I've filed things away. Mainly it was to keep myself busy so I didn't sit counting down the hours to my hospital appointment.

I'm going to get such a good night sleep tonight wearing all this lot. There's a motion sensor, heart monitor, O2 level monitor and air flow thingamy bob. Hopefully though it will give the hospital some insight in to what happens when I sleep and then in 4 months time, when they've processed the results I may get some help which will stop me being so exhausted all the time and may have a beneficial effect on another health problem I have.

Planning on going out to see some friend's for an hour or so this evening but having to get an earlyish night and allowed no booze or caffeine.
