Make Over

Josette turned up in lycra shorts in need of a glass of wine.  
She asked me if I had any nail varnish, so I dug out my crusty collection and painted her claws.  She needed three layers to cover up the dirt beneath her nails.
She then asked me if I had any rings (because all of hers had been stolen (?)), so I emptied my little basket on the kitchen table and gave her all the stuff I never wear.  While we were at it I gave her some matching earrings, which when inserted, drew blood (her last earrings must have been stolen years ago).
