The usual Zumba, cuppa and walk along the prom this morning…largely without rain. It’s been very grey and muggy since. My BP tablets were increased last week by only 50% rather than doubled at my request…they’re knocking me out and I needed a Nana nap this afternoon. They will increase again in a few days time when I run out of the half strength tablets, I may turn into a zombie then! No walking group tonight so I may take another stroll along the prom if it stays dry.
