More blocked pavement

The Utility Companies are very good at providing roadsigns but they don’t understand that by blocking the pavement they force all pedestrians, children, parents with buggies, disabled people etc., to walk in the road.
This is the third time this year I have had to contact the council road department as blocking the pavement is inappropriate, and they don’t want to block the roads with their signs. The response this time was to remove all the signs. I’m glad I don’t have to resolve this.
