I’ve gone over 600 active calories 1250 times.
My walking heart rate has dropped from 138 bpm in January 2021 to 105 bpm now.
My cardio fitness has gone from 23.2 VO2 below average to 30.9 high.
I’ve done this with only walking, have never run a step, no cardio, no HIIT, completely intact knees & joints.
