Dance artist Lisa Kennedy

Lisa arrived this morning for our dance class full of energy and bounce.
She is a multi talented, dancer, choreographer podcaster and poet. (This is a link to her doing a TED talk in broad Scots dialect).
 
We soon got a taste of her high-energy theatrical approach. She promised she would have us doing a musical routine by the end of the morning.
And she did.
 
Next week it’s going to be salsa and rock n’ roll.
