Lost hours

The engineer came back today at 1.30 to attach the box to the boiler so we can program it to suit BUT would it connect to the Wi-Fi??? Two hours later it finally did! I lost the will to live. The help desk were no help!
Anyhoo it’s done now so hopefully no more issues.
