Roasting

Tried a new coffee shop, there are plenty from which to choose, after meeting with our new accountant. This shop roasted their beans on premisses and were in the process of finishing up as we waited for our order. Not a favorite so far (no non-fat milk, no white chocolate), but enjoyed watching the machine do its thing.
