So "my" car is officially mine! Spent almost 4 hours yesterday at the local dealership trying to buy out my lease. I've had the car for two years and it didnt make sense to return it to the dealer and get a new one. There isn't anything new that I want. And I did just invest a lot of money into the new tires. I've leased cars all of my life and have never driven a used car - so this is my first purchase. A little exciting.

I knew going in that credit was tight, but I didnt know how bad it was. They just dont give loans out anymore. I have pretty good credit - but the rates they were giving me were horrible. The financial manager sat there for hours going back and forth trying to get me a good rate. I was brain dead by the end of the night.

Camille did save me though - she suggested to go see a movie - last minute thing...we didnt even look up to see what was playing, just made our way to the theather and it was going to be a surprise. I highly recommend everyone go see The Hangover! I laughed from the moment I sat down to the time the movie was over - best comedy that I've seen in a while. Probably will see it again this weekend.
