Catherine Street Inclusive Play Park

This morning I shared the first of 4 yoga sessions with unpaid carers of adults at Catherine Street Inclusive Play Park. The park itself is beautiful and offers fun for all children. Lisa manages the park and organised all sorts of activities for kids and for carers.
It’s was lovely to see some of last year’s participants back again , and there were 3 new people. The theme was self care , something which can be challenging if you are a carer.
My blip is a scene from ‘The Greatest Showman ‘ that kids had made in one of the parks raised beds.

My extras are of a phlox plant I bought today which smells so lovely and a photo of my back garden. It’s full of bees and insects, birds singing in the bushes and trees. There is the sound of kids playing in the park behind the hedge , something I really like.
