Out and about

Today was lovely as I got to cycle into town and meet with a volunteer who was in Shrewsbury. Had a cup of tea at the Bear Steps with her and a couple of the people she was on a course with at St. Alkmunds. Delightful.

Since I was in town, I opted for a change of scene and worked at the Library for a couple of hours. Did a sneaky shelf reshuffle to put this wonderful book in a prominent position!

Managed a training run this morning before work but the runs are getting longer and it’s tricky to fit them around the working day. Boo!
