Sunflowers

Went early'ish for a swim, before the 11:30 Aquafit class took over the pool. Holiday time, so pool was full of kids. Apologetic parents, but kids do what kids do. Jump, splash, play. Fully understandable. Managed about 8 lengths, stopping and starting to regain my puff.

Cider with Mr B on terrace. Walked back via town centre, stopping for flat whites at a tiny café (Riptide) which opened a few days ago. Owner worked at Coffee Saloon (consistently good), and already has a place by Poole Quay. So new place to add to the list.

Passed these magnificent sunflowers outside a language school. Always a cheerful sight.

Funny weather continues. Humid warm start, then fresher with lovely sun. Now cool. See my neighbours who come from warmer climes, have installed a heater on their enclosed balcony.
