WFH Friday

Another day WFH. I’m not sure how I usually manage to get up and out for work; I’ve fallen back to sleep the last 2 mornings and woken up feeling shattered.

Noo and I didn’t go far - we just did more of this, and I did some work between supervising toilet trips and providing refreshments. He said he feels much better today.

I did get out for a 7.5 mile run when GravyC popped home.
