Bowness Bay

Instead of my usual brisk early morning walk from home or the workout at the gym I drove to Bowness  for a gentle  stroll along the very short prom.  There was me, 3 Japanese couples with cameras, an artist sitting sketching and some very sleepy swans.
The early light gave the rowing boats a wonderful rich colour. Struggled to decide which picture to choose - hope you like this one.
