by capitalism. We bussed to the next town along. The place is very familiar and we have been coming here for years. It is changing and becoming more bland with big shops moving in. The empty shop front phenomenon has arrived here as well. It's very sad to see the decline. I'm not sure what has caused this change. Internet shopping, the lure of out of town places with parking or big cities. 

We took our family out for dinner. It was a rustic meat and two veg place. The local restaurants here struggle to get staff and one place has closed. It is curious to see similar themes here compared to Scotland. 

Had another round of ticket to ride. Didn't win but had fun trying to complete the routes.
