This is exciting!

Well, it is to me. 

Started up on Phase 2 of one of my construction projects this week and the contractor has now got solar generators for the site compound and welfare, which is excellent.

The previous generator burnt through £42,000 of diesel, which is horrific in itself notwithstanding the horrendous levels of CO2 that would have been emitted.

The other, rather unusual, side effect is that the site compound is silent, no growling generator. It feels rather odd but very welcome nonetheless.
