The first properly nice day in ages and it just so happened to be a Saturday, perfect. We had a very slow start, sped up by Bill texting to see if we wanted to go for a country walk.

We started in Keynsham, walked along the river for a pint in The Swan in Bitton, then back again for lunch at The Lock Keeper.

It was Beano’s first proper long walk off-lead the whole way (apart from a brief encounter with some cows). He was very excited and jumped in the river about 6 times, such a good boy.

Home via Tesco to buy some snacks for the evening. Lovely lovely day.
