Finch

I sat outside early this morning looking for birds, they are all down in the blackberries eating the ripe berries.  This one caught my eye, but is it a Purple finch, a Cassin's Finch or a House Finch?  I have a couple of books and apps and still not sure.  It also looked wet I'm not sure why it was not raining.
