Balranald, North Uist

On our way south we came to our favourite beach , the one we got to know on our first holiday together 21years ago. The weather was atrocious with the heaviest rainfall and very strong winds. It calmed for a wee while before the next onslaught !
Beautiful deep blues , greys and lots of cowries on the beach. Happy times.
We have now joined a big gathering of extended family including my son, grandson and Nicki's siblings for 2 nights before we go home.
Different days !
