Back down to earth

Life has a way of telling you you are having too much fun!

I was all set to go to High Tide Jazz Festival in Twickenham today but the pain got the better of me. 

Still some good days and bad days.

I have some lovely flowers from Paul to keep me company at least! (see extra).
