French Ambassadors House
Had a nice morning, having breakfast at Morrisons before popping in to give our friend Farida her birthday present. After that we headed home, as Martin was recording a podcast while I went shopping and a wander down the High Street to get a blip.
Here’s 11 High Street which was the French ambassadors house in the 1660s. The four dormer finials represent the emblems of Scotland, France, England and Ireland.
Back home now listening to Elaine Paige’s show, while chilling with a cuppa. It’s not really going out weather … being more like an autumn day than a summer one.
I hope you are having a good Sunday.
