The start of the path

A wet, miserable morning, but we managed out later when we thought there was a bit of a break in the weather. The threat of rain was never far away, but it stayed off.  Now the sun has even come out, so I did a bit of pottering in the garden and picked a few small beetroot to have with dinner tonight.
