Lancaster Canal

This was taken while cycling over a canal bridge while on the Guild Wheel cycling route. Found it tough today, haven’t cycled for a month and so windy it stopped me completely a couple of times. Really pleased to finish the 30 miles and the steady ascent back into Longridge. Made Will some tea he was more tired and more hungry than me after doing the Trough of Bowland. Since then I’ve been getting ready for work. Two tree appointments tomorrow.
