Into the Woodz

Rained most of the day but as forecast, the sun came out late afternoon so we went for a walk in the woods.

For tea I made courgette glut receipe no 4, chicken baked with courgette, parmesan and lemon crust....quite good.
No 3 was courgette bread....not good
No 2, warm courgette and goats cheese salad....v good
No 1, courgette fritters....Good.

More suggestions welcome. (will do ratatouille when more tomatoes are ready).
