Grey Heron

No sign of the little female this morning in fact I thought it was going to be a heron no-show day. However of all the heron, the nervous male spotted me and flew over to the edge of the loch. He got a feed as did the crows, the gull and a Moorhen with an injured claw (I fed it yesterday and it hobbled across as I was passing this morning. I have no doubt the little female will be back tomorrow. If not I don't need to worry about wasting fish this time as there are lots of takers.
