Learning to fly

This little chap has literally just flown the nest and was taking some tentative first flights from branch to branch and attempting tree to tree all the while looking somewhat shell shocked by the whole experience. Hopefully it managed to follow after its siblings which seemed to be having a much easier time of it.
Life is a bit hectic for the time being and my commenting and responding is suffering to say the least. Please accept my apologies. I will get back to it soon.
That said, thanks to all of you who have commented and left hearts and stars lately. It is always greatly appreciated.
