Rainy

After a bright and warm start, the day descended into drizzle and then heavy rain, which lasted all evening. 

I had arranged to go for a walk and the to the pub with S, but the weather ruled out the walk, so we went straight to the pub for dinner. It has a nice conservatory, and although I chose to sit there, it was damp and not great. Home in the abysmal weather, warm bath and then a bit of telly. Still raining and howling wind. 

What a great start to the 'summer' holidays....
