Regatta

Got up early and was picked up by Gavin for the Queensferry Regatta - a really fun regatta where all clubs are mixed, so you end up rowing in a new boat with people you haven't necessarily met. It makes for a really friendly event..
The weather was awful when we started and we even though that it might be cancelled but it brightened up a lot so th organisers decided to proceed and take it ace by race. The sa was rather lively and I was very windy, which was a bit concerning at times but these boats are sturdy! 
I did two races  the last race I was due to be in, was cancelled - and got a bronze and a silver!!
