Baking bonus

I used to enjoy baking, and there was always home made biscuits or cake waiting for the children when they got home from school. I don’t enjoy the process much these days but today I was baking because I am hosting Mahjong tomorrow. Now luckily there is no competition for the mixture on the K beater and I get the mixture all to myself. I think it tastes better than the finished product!.
