Charlie

I do volunteer gardening in the local park, and today the volunteers who look after the peacocks gave us a presentation on their work. 

Charlie is a peahen with hip dysplasia. 
Too disabled to live with the other birds, she is on constant medication and lives with one of the volunteers. 

Also, today marks exactly a year since I retired.
