Turns out the new utility room works really well as a lab.

In other news, the floor fitters refused to start the floor fitting this morning as they said the floor hadn’t been sanded. However, the builders had indeed sanded it and even checked with the flooring company at the time that they were doing it right. So, we have a site meeting with the builders and the flooring people in the morning, following a pre-meeting with the builders this evening. Hopefully we can find a satisfactory way forward…
