Jacob and Isobel

A busy, sunny, outdoor day.

Our walk this morning included Henny being chased in the park, and then having a great swim in the river to cool off.

We met Julia and Isobel, Dani and Ebba at the botanics for some running around and a picnic. Jacob slept on the way home and then even allowed me to make a chicken and watercress bake before he woke up.

The afternoon was spent in the garden. We said hello to Fin, ate bagels, and went to watch the diggers in the field, where we met a lovely (huge) puppy called Thelma!
