More exploring

We explored further today, almost accidentally ending up at the Castle and the churches beside it. Once again, it was hot (mid to high 30’s), but we made the most of the shade wherever we went. The Castle garden was perfect for this. The whole Castle area is really lovely, and is inevitably on every tourist’s must-see list.

Later on we made our way down to the river and spent a very pleasant time quenching our thirst.
