A few words......

After extensive research, (3 keystrokes on Google), this turns out to be a quote by English philosopher William Penn, who founded the province of Pennsylvania and planned and developed the city of Philadelphia.

I couldn't find the relevance as to why this plaque comes to be mounted at the entrance to one of our local churches however.
