Visitors!

R's sister Diana came over for a brief visit with her oldest great-grandson, Arlo. He's the same age as Eben (7).  He's been captivated by Richard's guitar on a previous visit, and soon asked R - very politely - if he could  open the guitar case and get it out.
There followed a delightful interlude. Richard helped him to hold the  big guitar, and soon he was away, experimenting with different notes, strums and speeds.  There's an excellent centre in Larne for music lessons - The Music Factory - and with luck, Diana may be able to arrange some trial lessons so that Arlo can see if he'd like to play more. He's kept up this interest already for a long time, without access to an instrument, so I hope that'll come together now.  His face, as he plays and listens, is a picture.
And as a small measure of post-op progress, Arlo's visit inspired me to get the camera out for the first time.
