I WASN’T EXPECTING THAT

This was the title of the whatsapp group my friend started to tell us she had been diagnosed with bowel cancer after her routine over 60 check.
(she was the friend who had the posh party where we performed a song for her)

She is having radio and chemotherapy every week day for 6 weeks. She’s 1/3 of the way there.

We set up a rota to take her for her treatment. Today I took her to the Marsden. They have a very new posh wing. And so much is electronic…very latest technology.

It is good to be able to help.
