Yesterday at the pool

Not done much today. Just emails between le, neighbours and the council. And some admin. Went to Boscombe for a couple of things from Lidl and Aldi. Then bus to the Physio for my hamstring. Had ultrasound, massage snd given a 3rd exercise to do at home (get intermittent pain, mostly going up and down stairs).

Not had time or been inspired to take pics. So blip is of the stunning flowers in the Nici reception.

Wind building up outside for tomorrow's weather warning. Coastal winds up to 40mph (64kph) and heavy rain/thunderstorms. Looks like aquafit will be off.

Really unusual summer weather, and the forecast shows it continuing for some time.
