sunbathing

During the long winter months, and they were long this year, I usually meet a handful of people in Queens Park. Generally other dog walkers, a couple of runners and a few hardy cyclists. But a night like tonight see the grass littered with sunbathers in a variety of stages of undress. We are so welcome of the small offerings of sun, that as a nation we head to the park, get the bbq set up and drink copious amounts of booze. The forecast predicts the good weather to continue into next week..... I wonder if the novelty will wear off?
